Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
During holidays, expect processing times to be longer due to increased demand and holiday rush.
Digital Music
To access your digital music purchase, you will see a download link on the "Thank Page" after making the purchase. An email and SMS notification will be sent to you as well. If you have trouble accessing the music, please reach out to us at support@justinvibes.com and we’ll make sure you can access your music ASAP.
Unfortunately, due to copyright restrictions, digital downloads are not available outside of the US unless otherwise specified on the store.

Local delivery & In-store pickup
Currently, we do not offer local delivery and/or In-store pickup.
International Shipping
Currently, we do not sell nor ship internationally.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If your tracking number states that your order has been delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us at support@justinvibes.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We do offer shipping to P.O. Boxes.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@justinvibes.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
